Cooking Lesson with Dinner in Greve in Chianti

Spice up your holiday in Tuscany by taking the opportunity to prepare some authentic, seasonal Italian dishes with one of highly trained Chefs.
In-house cooking class in Greve in Chianti takes our guests through a unique hands-on experience in our custom-made Molténi kitchen, led by professional chefs, where they prepare a complete, “fine dining” meal, covering the four courses typical of an Italian menu – antipasto (appetizer), primo (first course), secondo (second course) and dolce (dessert).

What’s included: Arrive at Villa in Greve in Chianti where Cooking classes are held.
Meet in the restaurant bar for afternoon tea, or for a refreshing drink. You will then meet one of our chefs who will lead you on your discovery tour of Italian cooking.
You will prepare a full menu using vegetables and herbs from our gardens and Villa’s own extra virgin olive oil.
The menu will include a fresh pasta course and you will also gain insight into the wonderful art of combining particular sauces with particular types of pasta.
Finally, wander through to the hotel’s enchanting walled garden where you will dine on the delicious dishes you helped prepare.
