Pasta is one of the symbols of Italian food. It has many shapes. The chef, is a working pasta specialist (called sfoglina, this name identifies the woman makes homemade pasta without pasta machine) and she can teach how to make with your hands TAGLIATELLE, FETTUCCINI, SPAGHETTI, MALTAGLIATI....

Come to eat the real fresh pasta, not the pasta that you eat and which is usually factory made. You'll taste an exceptional difference; the real fresh TAGLIATELLE Fettuccini, the fruit of the pasta lesson!
Spend a special day to attend Pasta Class, in Venice area. Chef teaches you two types of fresh homemade egg pasta (- gnocchi di patate, - ravioli, - tortellini, - fettuccini, - egg noddles, - orecchiette, - cavatelli, - crepes, - cannelloni, - spatzle - and many other things) with different sauces.

 • "BRINDISI DI BENVENUTO" a sort welcome with a glass of Italian wine or Martini or other beverage and cheese, salami and appetizers handmade by Chef (or if you like more a dessert and a cup of Italian coffee or tea): 15 minutes.
• Fifteen minutes to organize a kitchen.
• 3 and half hours cooking lesson
• lunch or the dinner with the fruits of the cooking lesson- many appetizers a fine homemade selection of Italian cheeses, salami, mortadella, parmiggiano reggiano, gorgonzola.) A fine selection of Italian wines (Prosecco, Tocai, Cabernet, Chianti - white or red Italian wines that you will select) or other beverages, water, tea or Italian Coffee, grappa or whisky or amaretto or limoncello. You'll taste famous TIRAMISU, homemade by the Chef.)
Not included: A pick-up and drop-off by car from/to Venice.
If you want we can also organize a pick-up and drop- off by car from/to Venice at an extra cost of and/or also a shopping walk in Padua at the end of the lesson (at an additional cost).
